Our trip to Smithills farm. Look at the fun we had!
This week we are looking at the traditional story of 'Chicken Licken' and observing the chicks in the reception class. Mrs Hardwick will be checked daily as she has her eyes on several of the fluffy little chicks, we will be checking the children's pockets to make sure they don't run away with any chicks too!
The chicks have grown so much in three days.
Can you hear the cheeping?
Look what we found on Friday morning!
We have been waiting to see if the eggs in the reception class are ready to hatch. At the end of school on Thursday there were no signs of the eggs pipping. Let's see if there are any chicks hatched in the morning.
