CROWNING OF MARY
Year 3/4 unfortunately were on a school trip so we missed out on the 'Crowning of Mary'. The walk around our community was apparently unbelievable. Since we were not able to do this, our class went over to the church to see Mary surrounded by the many beautiful and colourful flowers that were donated by the parents and families of the pupils of our school. We said the 'Hail Mary'.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS
Year 3/4 went over to church to 'Walk with Jesus on the Way of the Cross'. The children stopped at each station of which there are 14. At each station I explained what was happening and we all said a little prayer.
Father Millar gave a blessing over the class at the beginning and the end of our 'journey'.
