From 11 January in England, people who receive positive lateral flow device (LFD) test results for coronavirus (COVID-19) will be required to self-isolate immediately and won’t be required to take a confirmatory PCR test.
This is a temporary measure while COVID-19 rates remain high across the UK. Whilst levels of COVID-19 are high, the vast majority of people with positive LFD results can be confident that they have COVID-19.

School will open up to all children from Monday 8th March at 8:50am.
All hygiene, cleaning and protective measures will be in place to keep the children and staff safe. Effective plans are being put in place to restart learning in classrooms; to build on the children's current capabilities, knowledge and understanding.

The school sessions will resume from Wednesday morning at 8:45am in the first instance for vulnerable and key worker children only
Please can parents who are key workers, please provide school with their shift pattern, evidence of their work status so we can allocate a place for your child and ensure safe staffing levels.
Vulnerable children will be notified by phone tomorrow
I am extremely sorry for the short notice, but the announcement has come very late in the day.
We are trying to communicate this information to parents via our usual texting and email service but the system is currently crashing due to high demand and traffic from all schools nationwide.
