Class Poem of Boudicca
Please have a look at the children read the poem all about Boudicca. It is quite funny and the children all had a laugh at the result.
YEAR 3/4 TRIP TO THE HARRIS MUSEUM
Stone Age Pot Making
Today we pretended we were from the Stone Age and we made pots from clay. We started by making the base of the pot by rolling the clay into a ball and then flattening it down. Then we made long sausage shapes and used the technique of coiling to create the pot. The children then decorated the pot. Sorry again for the return of the messy children!!
As our topic was 'No place like home' we looked at what it was like at St Joseph's Primary School years ago.
