Maths

Money - the children have been choosing items from a shop, adding them up and then finding the right coins they will need to pay with.

Number - times tables

We have been working very hard by learning our 2,3,5,10 times tables. The children are beginning to recognise that multiplication can be done in any order and are starting to reason around multiplication facts.

Multiplication

We have started to look at how multiplication is the inverse to division by grouping.

We have had so much in maths today. We have been representing numbers in as many different ways as possible. We even got to write on the tables! Shhhhhh don’t tell Mrs Monaghan!
