Stewardship

Stewardship requires our children, staff and community to reach out to those less fortunate than ourselves. We do this in a variety of ways in school. Our children are alert to the needs of others and seek justice for all those within and beyond our school. We support CAFOD as our main Catholic charity, as well as supporting other charities like Cash For Kids in our local community.

CAFOD Fundraising

At St Joseph's we had an Easter egg raffle in order to raise money for CAFOD and together we raised £196.

During Lent we are raising money for those less fortunate than ourselves through the Catholic charity CAFOD.
We had a non-technology day in school called ‘Apps for Taps’ to raise money for water for a village through CAFOD. We collected £76.34. Many thanks.

We raised £175.00 for CAFOD through our Lenten Easter egg raffle. Thank you everyone for buying the tickets. Well done to the year 5 and 6 school council who sold the tickets - they were very busy each playtime.

Morrison's Carol Singing

The choir performed at Morrisons - a mixture of carols and Christmas jingles. They were superb. Thank you to all the parents for attending.
